भारत में 5 अक्टूबर 2023 से शुरू होने वाले आईसीसी क्रिकेट वर्ल्ड कप के लिए श्रीलंका क्रिकेट बोर्ड ने आज 15 सदस्यीय टीम की घोषणा कर दी है। इस टीम में इंजरी से जूझ रहे वानिंदु हसरंगा, महीश तीक्षणा और दिलशान मदुशंका को जगह मिली है।
वहीं वर्ल्ड कप के लिए पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट टीम को भारत सरकार द्वारा वीजा जारी कर दिए गए हैं। इसको लेकर पीसीबी ने बयान जारी कर जानकारी दी है। इसके अलावा अफगानिस्तान की टीम वर्ल्ड कप 2023 के लिए भारत पहुंच चुकी है। केरल पहुंचने के बाद उनका स्वागत किया गया।
एशियन गेम्स 2023 में 41 वर्षों में घुड़सवारी के लिए पहला गोल्ड मेडल जीतने पर सचिन तेंदुलकर समेत अन्य क्रिकेटरों ने भारतीय दल को बधाई दी। वहीं हरभजन सिंह, प्रज्ञान ओझा समेत अन्य दिग्गजों ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह के जन्मदिन पर शुभकामनाएं दीं।
