Follow us on Google Newsआईपीएल के जारी सीजन का 27वां मैच कल 13 अप्रैल को पंजाब किंग्स और राजस्थान राॅयल्स (PBKS vs RR) के बीच खेला गया। बता दें कि इस रोमांचक मैच में राजस्थान ने पंजाब को 3 विकेट से हराकर, टूर्नामेंट में अपनी पांचवीं जीत हासिल की।
तो वहीं इस मैच में राजस्थान राॅयल्स की ओर से ओपनिंग करने आए तनुष कोटियान (Tanush Kotian) ने एक अनचाहे रिकाॅर्ड को अपने नाम कर लिया है। इस रिकाॅर्ड के कोटियान के नाम होने के बाद क्रिकेट फैंस ने सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से क्रिकेटर से मजे लिए हैं।
गौरतलब है कि व्यक्तिगत कारणों की वजह से आईपीएल 2024 के शुरू होने से पहले एडम जंपा ने टूर्नामेंट से अपना नाम वापिस ले लिया था। तो वहीं जंपा के रिप्लेसमेंट के तौर पर राजस्थान मैनेजमेंट ने मुंबई के ऑलराउंडर खिलाड़ी तनुष कोटियान को अपनी टीम में शामिल किया था, जिन्होंने में हाल में ही मुंबई को रणजी ट्राॅफी 2024 जितवाने में गेंद और बल्ले से अहम योगदान दिया था।
हालांकि, आईपीएल 2024 में अपना पहला ही मैच खेल रहे तनुष कुछ खास प्रदर्शन नहीं कर पाए और एक अनोखे रिकाॅर्ड को अपने नाम कर लिया है। बता दें कि इस मैच में जब राजस्थान राॅयल्स ने यशस्वी जायसवाल के साथ ओपनिंग करने के लिए कोटियान को भेजा तो हर कोई हैरान था। मैच में उन्होंने 31 गेंदों में 24 रनों की बेहद ही साधारण पारी खेली।

बता दें कि यह आईपीएल इतिहास की तीसरी सबसे धीमी पारी है, जब किसी बल्लेबाज ने 30 या इससे अधिक गेंदों में का सामना किया हो। मैच में तनुष ने 77.41 की स्ट्राइक रेट से रन बनाए। तो वहीं इससे पहले आईपीएल में सबसे धीमी पारी खेलने का रिकाॅर्ड स्टीव स्मिथ के नाम था, जिन्होंने साल 2014 में सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद के खिलाफ 33 गेंदों में 66.66 के स्ट्राइक रेट से 22 रन बनाए थे।
