Follow us on Google Newsभारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (BCCI) द्वारा शुरू किए गए फ्रेंचाइजी आधारित लीग टूर्नामेंट महिला प्रीमियर लीग में 5 टीमों को खरीदने के लिए कुल 17 लोगों ने बोली लगाई। मौजूदा IPL मालिकों में अहमदाबाद, मुंबई, लखनऊ, दिल्ली और बैंगलोर ने इस टूर्नामेंट में 5 टीमों को खरीदा।
महिला प्रीमियर लीग के उद्घाटन के लिए बोली प्रक्रिया में पुरुषों का IPL रिकॉर्ड टूट गया क्योंकि इस प्रक्रिया ने 4669.99 करोड़ रुपये की कुल बोली हासिल की। अहमदाबाद की अडानी स्पोर्ट्सलाइन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने सबसे अधिक कीमत की बोली लगाई और अहमदाबाद की टीम को 1289 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा। इंडियाविन स्पोर्ट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने मुंबई स्थित फ्रेंचाइजी को 912.99 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा।
रॉयल चैलेंजर्स स्पोर्ट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने बैंगलोर स्थित टीम को 901 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा और जेएसडब्ल्यू जीएमआर क्रिकेट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने दिल्ली स्थित फ्रेंचाइजी को 810 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा, और अंत में कैपरी ग्लोबल होल्डिंग्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने लखनऊ स्थित फ्रेंचाइजी को 757 करोड़ रुपये में हासिल किया।

BCCI सचिव जय शाह ने अपने आधिकारिक ट्विटर अकाउंट से ट्वीट किया कि, ‘आज क्रिकेट में बहुत ही ऐतिहासिक दिन है क्योंकि #WPL के पहले सत्र ने सभी रिकॉर्ड्स तोड़ दिए हैं। इस शानदार टूर्नामेंट ने पुरुष IPL के पहले सत्र यानी 2008 के सभी रिकॉर्ड्स तोड़े। कुल बोली से हमने 4669.99 करोड़ रुपए हासिल किए।

महिला प्रीमियर लीग में कुल 5 टीमें आपस में भिड़ेंगी और इसकी शुरुआत मार्च 2023 में होगी। वायकॉम 18 ने 5 साल के लिए WIPL के मीडिया अधिकार को 951 करोड़ रुपए में हासिल कर लिया हैं। इस डील के मुताबिक BCCI हर मुकाबले में 7.90 करोड़ रुपए कमाएगी।
