तो वहीं हैदराबाद को इस टारगेट तक पहुंचाने में युवा बल्लेबाज हैरी ब्रूक ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। बता दें कि हैरी ने मैच में 55 गेंदों में 100* रनों की पारी खेल, टूर्नामेंट में अपना पहला शतक लगाया है। साथ ही वह आईपीएल में शतक लगाने वाले इंग्लैंड के तीसरे खिलाड़ी बन गए हैं। बता दें कि ब्रूक को आईपीएल 2023 के मिनी ऑक्शन में हैदराबाद ने 13.25 करोड़ रूपए में खरीदा था।
गौरतलब है कि पिछले तीन मैचों से लगातार फेल हो रहे हैरी ब्रूक ने कोलकाता के खिलाफ ऐसी पारी खेल, खुद को साबित कर दिया है। ब्रूक ने मैच में 100 रनों की पारी के दौरान 12 चौके और 3 छक्के लगाए। दूसरी ओर हैरी ब्रूक की पारी पर फैंस सोशल मीडिया पर जमकर रिएक्शन देते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं।
कोलकाता बनाम हैदराबाद, पहली पारी का हाल:
बता दें कि मैच में कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स के कप्तान नीतीशा राणा ने टाॅस जीतकर पहले गेंदबाजी करने का फैसला किया, जो उनके लिए एक दम गलत साबित हुआ। हैदराबाद ने हैरी ब्रूक की शतकीय पारी के दम पर निर्धारित 20 ओवर में 4 विकेट के नुकसान पर 228 रन बनाए हैं।
तो वहीं हैरी के अलावा कप्तान एडेन मार्करम ने भी 50 और अभिषेक शर्मा ने 32 रनों की पारी खेली। दूसरी ओर कोलकाता की ओर से गेंदबाजी में आंद्रे रसेल ने 3 और वरूण चक्रवर्ती ने 1 विकेट हासिल किया। खैर, अब देखने लायक बात होगी कि हैदराबाद से मिले 229 रनों के पहाड़ जैसे लक्ष्य को केकेआर हासिल कर पाती है या नहीं।
