Follow us on Google News13 फरवरी को शुरू हुई पाकिस्तान सुपर लीग के पहले ही मैच में गत चैंपियन लाहौर कलंदर्स ने मुल्तान सुल्तान पर 1 रन से रोमांचक जीत दर्ज की है। मैच में पिछले सीजन के सर्वाधिक रन बनाने वाले बल्लेबाजों में से एक फखर जमान ने पहले ही मैच में शानदार प्रदर्शन किया। फखर ने 42 गेंदों में 66 रनों के बेहतरीन पारी खेली और कलंदर्स के टोटल को 175 रन पहुंचाया।
तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ मुल्तान सुल्तान की तरफ से भी कप्तान और विकेटकीपर बल्लेबाज मोहम्मद रिजवान के बल्ले से 50 गेंदों में 75 रनों की बेहतरीन पारी निकली, लेकिन उनकी टीम निर्धारित 20 ओवर में 174 रन ही बना पाई और 1 रन से मैच को गंवा दिया।

बता दें कि मैच में मुल्तान के कप्तान मोहम्मद रिजवान ने टाॅस जीतकर पहले गेंदबाजी करने का फैसला किया जो उनपर बैक फायर हो गया। कलंदर्स की ओर से फखर जमान और मिर्जा बैग ने पावरप्ले में जमकर रन बटोरे।
पहले विकेट के लिए दोनों ने 61 रनों की पार्टनरशिप कर टीम को बेहतरीन शुरूआत दी, बैग ने 32 रन बनाए। तो वहीं गेंदबाजी में मुल्तान की ओर से उस्मा मीर और इहसानउल्लाह को 2-2 और अकील हुसैन व शाहनवाज दहानी को 1-1 विकेट मिला।
दूसरी तरफ कलंदर्स से मिले 176 रनों के जबाव में मुल्तान सुल्तान की पूरी टीम 20 ओवर में 6 विकेट के नुकसान पर 174 रन ही बना पाई और मैच को 1 रन से गंवा दिया। मुल्तान की ओर से 75 रनों की पारी मोहम्मद रिजवान ने खेली। इसके अलावा शान मसूद ने 35 और डेविड मिलर ने 25 रनों का योगदान दिया।
